It matured for eight months in American white oak—four times longer than the industry norm—resulting in a mellow, refined character that reflects both depth and elegance.
The aroma unfolds with inviting hints of roasted agave, citrus zest, vanilla, and gentle spice layered over ripe stone fruit and oak warmth. The palate is exceptionally smooth and well-balanced, with flavors of caramel, honeyed agave, dried fruit, and toasted almond, leading to a long, silky finish that lingers with notes of vanilla, spice, and subtle caramel-apple warmth.
