Bijofu’s premium junmai daiginjo sake from Kochi. Made with 100% Yamadanishiki rice grown in the grand cru rice fields of Hyogo, polished down to 45%. This has beautiful balance and delicacy with rich, smooth flavors that pair so well with sashimi or grilled fish.
