Aged in two passes over 15 months in a wide variety and ages of oak barrels, the aim is to create a full-throttle, ultimately crowd-pleasing Cab that also shows off the sheer diversity and complexity of the region. The 2023 vintage is dark, intense wine with turns up the volume with its black cherry, mocha and burnt caramel aromatics that give way to a velvet-y palate rich with chocolate, Kirsch and woodsy spice notes. With a finish that goes on and on, it’s a plush, luxurious bottle of California red that will please the toughest crowd!
