The Yamazaki 18 Year Old Limited Edition also contains a much higher percentage of Japanese oak casks compared to the standard 18 year old taking it to a level of unqualified perfection.

Japan’s premiere single malt with a delicate and elegant taste that makesit a superbly drinkable whisky with layers of complex aromas. It’s a masterpiece with deep-rooted, mature notes. Characteristic sweetness of dried fruits and aromatic chocolate that comes from sherry casks intermingled with a profoundly mature flavor that comes from aging the spirits over a long time in Japanese oak casks.
Nose: Raisin, Apricot, coffee cream chocolate and Mizunara.
Palate: Blackberries, strawberry jam and dark chocolate.
