53% Grenache Blanc, 34% Roussanne, 8% Viognier, 5% Picpoul
2018 vintage starts with amazing aromatics, floral meets stone fruit. This wine is Grenache Blanc heavy which has fruit, body and acidity that makes it a perfect varietal to build upon. Blending with Roussanne for texture and complexity, Viognier for aromatics and Picpoul for a nice acid pop. Aged in 30% new french oak that gives this wine a bit of creaminess. The remaining was aged in 40% neutral french oak to preserve the acidity and minerality. This wine pairs nicely with bacon wrapped scallops or almond crusted chicken. Cases produced 139. Enjoy now until 2025.
