Product details
The Denali Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon begins is seductive aromas of ripe dark currants, crème de cassis and dark plums woven together with graphite, loam baking spices and pencil shavings all taking shape in the glass. On the palate this is full and voluptuous, with a lovely plush texture and nicely integrated tannins. It displays notable depth with layers of sweetly ripened dark fruits and sweet spice flavors that continue to build on the palate and cascade effortlessly into the finish.
Color: Shiny, dark black oil with some garnet and dark cherry on the rim.
On the nose: Beautiful extraction between spices like thyme, pepper and dark fruit like blackberry, dark cherry and cassis with touches of tomato stem.
On the palate: Dense, yet fresh entrance with a beautiful mid-palate of red plum, red cherry and elderberry lingering on a layered finish with fine, granular tannins.
