Tasting Notes
A barrel sample, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Lotus Vineyard sports a very deep garnet-purple color and nose of crushed blackberries and black currants with touches of cedar, dried herbs, chocolate and fragrant earth. Very firm and structured at this youthful stage, the full-bodied palate sports a lot of fruit, giving great freshness and loads of layers, finishing very long. Should be a cracker!
