Castle Rock Cabernet was produced from grapes grown in Washington State's Columbia Valley. To soften the complexity of this wine, we have aged this full-bodied wine for 18 months in French Oak Barrels.
On the palate, concentrated flavors of cassis, black cherry and ripe plum with a hint of oak. Its finish is smooth and harmonious. Pairs well with beef, lamb and game dishes as well as a variety of cheese.
