Aperol is a perfect Italian bitter apéritif.
In 1919, the Barbieri family created the Appello aperitif in Padua, northern Italy, and it still uses the original recipe.
It uses carefully selected herbs, spices and fresh oranges to balance the bitterness and sweetness in the blend, creating a special color and taste. Aperol contains 11% alcohol and is an excellent choice for Italian pre-dinner wines.
The Aperol Spritz Life is contagious and spreads quickly among everybody, reaching town squares in the form of a world record event and with a new TV commercial with a lively and cheerful atmosphere.
